14-day trial service
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 31 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Assetify. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean the operator of Assetify, and "you" means the account holder and any organization represented by that account holder.
1. Acceptance
By checking the acknowledgement box, signing in, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Trial service
Assetify is provided as a limited 14-day evaluation. The trial may contain errors, incomplete features, interruptions, or changes. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the trial at any time. Continued access, feature availability, service levels, and conversion to a paid service are not guaranteed.
3. Your accounts and data
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity performed through your account.
- You must provide lawful, accurate data and have permission to upload or process it.
- You remain solely responsible for maintaining independent backups and exporting any information you need.
- You must not rely on the trial as the sole repository for business-critical, personal, financial, compliance, or safety-related information.
4. Trial expiry and deletion
Access may stop when the trial expires. Trial data may become unavailable or be deleted after expiry, suspension, or termination. We do not promise any retention period, recovery service, migration service, or ability to restore deleted, corrupted, or inaccessible data.
5. No support or service commitment
No technical support, maintenance commitment, uptime guarantee, response time, service-level agreement, data recovery, or compatibility warranty is included unless we separately agree to it in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
7. Ownership
You retain ownership of data you lawfully submit. You grant us a limited right to host, copy, transmit, and process that data only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. The application, branding, interface, and underlying software remain owned by us or our licensors.
8. Third-party services
The service may depend on hosting, email, network, browser, database, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party availability, acts, omissions, security incidents, policy changes, or data handling outside our reasonable control.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or free from data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our owners, personnel, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, records, revenue, profit, business opportunity, goodwill, productivity, or anticipated savings arising from or related to the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the trial will not exceed the total amount you paid us specifically for the trial during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Because the trial is provided without charge, that amount may be zero.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability protected by mandatory law.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for expiry of the trial, security risk, suspected misuse, legal requirements, or breach of these Terms. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute forum that applicable law requires, the courts of Malaysia will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the service.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to contactus@coder.my.
